**Our dental suite includes dental radiography (xrays), as well as an ultrasonic scaler and high-speed drill. This equipment provides us the ability to perform dental care on your pet that any dentist would appreciate! We even use nerve blocks to keep your pet comfortable! **

• Digital dental radiography
  • Just like the system your dentist uses to xray your teeth! We use this to look at the tooth below the gum-line and find the hidden decay before it causes your pet pain.

• Ultrasonic scaler
  • Allows us to remove all the plaque and tartar from the surfaces of your pet’s teeth. That build-up causes the terrible odor in a pet’s breath! Your pet’s breath will no longer knock you off your feet after a thorough cleaning!
• Polisher
  • Once the plaque and tartar have been removed from your pet’s teeth, we polish the enamel to erase the small lines and places for plaque and tartar to rebuild. This dramatically extends the time between cleanings!
• High-speed drill
  • If your pet requires extractions (teeth to be pulled), we have the equipment to do this correctly! The high-speed drill allows us to gently remove any diseased teeth without causing further damage or pain to your pet’s mouth.
• At-home care
  • We will discuss this very important step for your pet’s dental health. We recommend brushing your pet’s teeth to minimize plaque and tartar build-up. Most pets tolerate this very well with some training. This is the easiest way to help reduce bad breath and extend the time between dental cleanings.
